• Zidely is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
• No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled by Zidely.
• If canceled due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather), no liability will be assumed.

4. Use of Media

By participating, you agree to allow Zidely to use your photos, videos, or name in promotional material, website galleries, and press releases.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, and graphics on Zidely.com are the property of Zidely and cannot be reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zidely shall not be liable for:

• Website downtime or errors
